GATI-Kintetsu Express — damaged delivery of household

I had booked my household items through Gati docketno.[protected] on 4.4.15 and same delivered in damaged condition on 8.4.15. I lodged complaint on same day and it was closed without any intimation on 15.4.15, later on after several followups, it was opened and I submitted all documents. Survey got done and against claim of Rs 30000/-, they agreed for Rs 22000/- and that is too pending till date. Today when I contacted their toll free no., their CSA took their cashier over concall and I was surprise to listen from him when he told AShok has gone mad (may be he thought that I was not in concall). This shows what customer service does that boy was having and unprofessional attitude of their staff. Moreover this has brought to their MD notice also but has not at all reverted on my complaints. Seeking help from CNBC, I am attaching the relevant photos.
