Gati-Kwe — Damage of goods during transit | |||||
I booked a consignment (3 cartoon boxes) from Singrauli to Dibrugarh (Docket:[protected] through Gati KWE Express. Gati people delivered those goods in a severely damaged condition costing loss of items worth Rs 2200+. As asked I submitted all documents (Claim letter, Declaration letter, images of damaged goods, ID, Docket copy etc), even then they simply refused any compensation for this loss made.
