Gati-Kwe — Damage of the bike | |||||
Hello, Greetings for the day. Docket number :[protected]. Complaint number: 15086843. When i received the bike on the 1st of june i clearly mentioned to the manager of gati kwe in guwahati that there is damage in the bike which is the side stand and the sensor. As per the conversation i had with the manager in guwahati branch he clearly told me that i will get the reimbursement for the damage within 15 days. And now someone called me from gati customer service and telling me that i wont get any reimbursement for the damage, i want gati kwe to check the details properly and also talk to the manager of gati in guwahati for the same. At first i was not even ready to receive the package due to the damage however, the manager gave me assurance that i will get the reimbursement for the same and requested me to collect the bike hence, i did so. I believe gati kwe in guwahati will also have cctv cameras all around the warehouse please check that also. On the package its written fragile, but is this the way gati handle fragile things? My bike cost is almost 7 lakhs not 1 or 2 lakh and just the side stand and sensor its going to cost me 5500 extra. I am looking forward to the reimbursement for the damage, if nothing can be done from your end i will move further and speak to my legal opinion to get the reimbursement.
