Gati-Kwe — Failure of delivery

I booked my docket with gati on 27th may and i got delivery date as 2nd may. But it has been 14th may and i have still not got my docket.Moreover, they are saying one packet is missing.Nobody is answerable to my queries.I have been calling them almost everyday They always say Mr.Pradeep of complain department will answer but he is not connecting with me now.Docket no.[protected]

Updated by Vaishali1234509876 i was relocating and every packet was carrying some daily usable items which was needed for my recolation to new city and in new firm .
So, it's causing me a lot of financial loss...

Had call with Mr.Pradeep on 4th may and he assured me delivery on 7th May and that also of all my 7 packets.
On repeatedly asking him whether all packets are available or not, he assured me that the company is having all the 7 packets.

Item Not deliverd but it showing CUSTOMER REQUEST ANOTHER DATE OF DELIVERY But that Courier guy such a person dont know the behaviour. I forgot his name but i have his name [protected]
