Gati Kwe — Negligence in delivery for docket no[protected] | |||||
Dear sir, I have purchased a treadmill online from acme fitness & they shipped through gati kwe on 18/04/2016 with destination agartala, tripura. Docket no is[protected]. But, item is not yet reached. I made complaint on 10/05/2016 (Complaint no - cs113707), but not yet any fruitful result. From customer care of gati, they replied several times in several ways. They are not disclosing the actual fact about my product. I have written mail to gati as well as to acme fitness. Already one month is over, but all are showing less interest to clarify the actual facts in my mail or to contact in my mobile. Only from my side i used to contact them. All my correspondence with gati can be verified, please. Hence, i wish to get justice on this issue & an early solution. Hope, you will cooperate & support in this regard, please. Thanking you.
