Gati — Missing 01 Packages

I have sent one split a/c from Pune to Gwalior on 28th April vide Gati docket no.:[protected], the assured delivery date is 30th April, but still I haven't received my parcel. I have also lodge a complaint on 04th May and no is 13810428, but there is no solution for this complaint. Whenever I call customer care will receive only one answer 1 package is missing will try to trace it and deliver you soon. Please help me get my parcel ASAP. Thanks Arvind Mandal [protected]
