[Resolved] Gati — Non delivery of Goods | |||
Recently I had One Courier shipped from Snapdeal through Gati Courier No[protected] for Bangalore The courier was shipped on 20 Oct And assured delivery date was of 27 Oct but till 7 Nov I have not received the product. Their Courier centers will update the wrong status in website “Customer requested for another date delivery”. Their call centers will fool the persons by saying ‘will deliver another day’ and that another day never comes. If they cannot deliver the product why the company is booking order. Docket no.[protected]i am capt shaik abdulla (army), i transported my luggage from deolali to guntur with a confidence that you will transport it safely and now while delivering you are handing over me broken and mishandled bag. so i request u to look into the matter and i need reimbursement for it.
