[Resolved]  Gati — Service and use of Abusive language

Hi had couriered a parcel from Pune to Bangalore with docket number[protected] .I have yet not received it and the delivery guy told me that He has a lot of work and cannot deliver the parcel on requested time (Between before 11 Am and after 6:30 pm) then he told me to take a holiday to collect the items as he has a lot of work to do and cannot adjust. What is the point of door to door service. Now this guy is telling me since I did not collect my courier according to his time table I have to pay the go-down storage charges. One of the most services I have ever used. A total waste of money. Abusive language is used by delivery person and this guy told me to complain all I want it does not bother him. What is point o[censored]sing a door to door service if I have to take a leave to collect my parcel. Local services providers provide a 1000 times better service.
