Geberit India — Geberit concealed cisterns leak

I had purchased a geberit tank from a dealer in bangalore in the month of may 2014
it was installed but the flushing system is not working properly as water does not stops after flushing, have made numerous calls to rectify the mistake but nothing has been done till date.

It has been 11 days since i have booked the complaint but after my repeated call nothing has been done till now.
