[Resolved]  Gencorp Services, Ahmedabad — Misleading advertisements in The Times of India

Yes, Gencorp Services is a big big fraud. On calling they make big promises, talk about non deposit plans and later on the simply escape from their words. And leading newspapers like Times of India, are also promoting these companies in their classifieds. Newspapers should ban these companies from publishing there advertisements.
They are misleading the public of India, and simply raising money and making nuisance...

oh really!! are they asking upto 100000 deposit now?
they must be crazy now.
I hope they come to their senses and pay for what they are offering.

is there anyone who atleast recovered the amount which has been deposited in gencorp?
i have paid the registeration fee but not the deposit money.

if these companies are doing fraud why are not the authorities taking any steps as the phone numbers, contact details with site map is given, moreover when they promise work and they charge 1299/- for the initial starting then why do they want a deposit afterwards, here if investment was required then a person would invest in stocks why here?

what legal steps can be initiated can someone tell me.

i am also purchase 1299 plan . Now i get the courier with two templates with help line number [protected] .When i call on these helpline number .they tell me. Firstly select your plan.i want to select Stallion Intellectual plan. They tell me deposit 13000 thousand then we will provide work for 12 month. i just tell them. When i tall first on [protected] with Arti & some men . They both tell me that when you take package of 1299 Rs. Company you provide 11 month data entry work. But Now helpline number speaker said they don't take any money from you. And Gencrop Services take money from you & they cannot provide complete information to you. Now i am so hert from these statement. So I request to you every person don't any work from gencrop services . They just take money from you and forward to new company .

thank you guys for all the information, actually pre month my friend suggest me to do work from home as she provide me the same no.(she got the no. from newspaper) so i call on the no. and the person told me that you just need to pay 1299 and after 1 week you'll get the project i was just little surprised that how can it possible. But as the amount is not so high so today i was going to pay the amount but 1st of all i feel to check all the details and finally i got this site.. thanku guys and my another concern is that what indian govt is doing for these sites those who are making fool to innocent peoples, yesterday i got an email that you have won an i phone 5s you just need to pay 1000rs as i mention my no. on that website so someone call me and ask me to confirm the dispatch of the product and i abused him so much..

It seems that they give work. But typing 7 pages a day is extremely difficult. It consumes the entire day. There is no holidays. people should be aware of the consequences and should start normal work and business instead of getting caught in these dubious schemes Christoper Crasto...

Guys, i took a project for 300 Pages and 1 submit 200 pages as per minimum requirement. before project given they will tell you to type in notepad but when they will give you project they will provide you there own software. there is some problem in software when you save the file it will change your words automatically and it will lead you to project termination and you won't get any money. Over phone it was told to make registration @ Rs 1300/ only for getting reading materials & CD, No future hidden charges to bear. I got VPL for Rs 1364.00. CD is blank, when enquired with Mulund Br they said to visit their Br for Training and deposit Rs 13000/- more, should have two PCs and two persons to operate this, then only you can start earning. I am a retired person and don't have these funds. Pl ask them to take back CD & reading material and refund my 1364.00. Thnx [protected]@rediffmail.com...

This is to bring to your notice that with regard to the false information provide by Mr. Nirav of your office (M/s. Stallion Intellectual having their office in United States and India within India namely M/s.Gencorp Services as their representative in India) got a call from their office for confirmation of work will be provided, I received regarding the typing work / data entry work. As when, I called up at their office to inquire regarding the work their office representative namely Mr. Nirav said that there is a typing work available and INR180 approx. USD$2.91 is paid per page for the same and a legal bond is signed in between company and the customer so that the payment is ensured. I asked him repeatedly that is this a scam or something ? or any other investment is also required to get the work from your company ? including what are the termination policy etc etc. but he did not utter a single word regarding extra investment linked related to the typing work / data entry work, which is quite shocking to me when I received their company kit and came to know that there is an additional money asked by the company INR 13000 approx USD$210 is required as initial deposit to get the typing work. So my complaint is this that, I am being provided with a false information due to which my payment of INR180 approx. USD$2.91 is being charged on 15th October 2014 by (Cash On Delivery Kit) by this company which is ethically and legally wrong for just four pages and a CD with one word document which has no relevant information related to the ethical online data entry / typing work. I called up their Delhi (India) - Mr. Mayank [protected] as well as their Ahmedabad (India) - Mr.Kamlesh Jain [protected] office but the are not entertaining my complaint and telling that they will not refund my money do whatever necessary action you can take and just disconnect the phone abruptly. I would be like this to bring to your kind notice that this company is cheating people with their false commitment and there are lot of innocent poeple like me may get cheated by this act o[censored]nethical business practices run by this company namely M/s. Stallion Intellectual having their office in United States and within India namely M/s.Gencorp Services as their representative in India.
While checking on their US addresses they were found to be FAKE ADDRESSES all of them so guys please be aware of this fraud company.

Dear Anuradha, please do not deposit any more amount with them. They are a big time fraud company. They are the marketing people who are just interested in extracting Rs. 1299. They never tell you that they are not the final job giving company. Once you pay the registration fees and receive the information kit, they tell you to contact some other company (Data Solutions- www.checkandearn.com) & Comet Infowave Pvt. Ltd. (www.cometinfowave.in), where you will get to know that you will be required to pay Rs. 15, 000..and Rs. 15, 000 is not a small amount..Gencorp is also sometimes known by Baxter International (www.easyonlinejobs4u.com)...so please all of you beware of these frauds..
