General Motors India Pvt. Ltd. — Replacement of faulty Brake Boosters of BEAT Car within Warranty.

I purchased one BEAT PS Car on 13.06.2012 through M/s. S.V. Motors, G.T.Road, Amritsar on 13.06.2012 bearing Regn.No.PB02 BV 0226 Engine No.[protected]. Upto the last six months, the vehicle was running in order, but at the same time, I was facing problem when I applied brake. I lodged complaint with the above dealer M/s. S.V Motors for the replacement of faulty part if any, but they have been lingering on the matter by one or the other way. At last they have refused to solve the problem by replacing the brake boosters within its warranty. Now, I am compelled to lock my complaint with the Company with a request to arrange for the replacement of faulty brake booster immediately under confirmation to me on phone or mail.
