General Post Office — I didn't receive a parcel

Sir I shadab mansuri from indore sir I brought a book from narendra publish house dehli and sir publish house send me a copy of book to 13 feb2015 in indore g.p.o. receive a book at 16 feb 2015 ( reference no of parcel is cd[protected]in) the adress print on the book is 19/ 3 shardhanand marg murai mohalla chawni near andhra bank zenith broking indore sir this adress are near the gpo around 500 meter only and my mo. no. [protected] also print on the book but the postman of this area he didn't deliver on 18 feb so I go to gpo at 18 feb 15 at 4 pm the postman not available at office and other post men say you come back at morning so I go at morning today 19 feb 15 and meet the post master he say the adress didn't find and he return the my parcel to dehli the post man of this area he don't told his name and any detail but I find his name is kailash sir my adress is very clear I receive many post per day simply sir please do a justice action this post man name kailash
