General Public — Garbage can not regular but monthly payment punctual

VVPuram, Food Street, huge pile of garbage is not collected or cleared for days together, 4/5 big barrels of garbage has piled up and the garbage collection van is missing in action, but every month first week those people are present to collect the money/amount from us? This is seriously a major issue I have been facing here, looks like even if we want to keep the surrounding and the city clean these people related in this field do not want us do that.
Very careless.
