Hello, my name is aditya vikram and i m currently working in genpact backend process. Recently i have resigned and after resigning the next day i had gone out due to some urgent reasons and after that i joined office within a week when i came the management cancelled my resignation process as i have to join new job from next month its not possible for me to serve again 30 days of notice period .is ther any ways of leaving without absconding.please help me out .
