[Resolved]  Gentle Ninja — My personal review about Gentleninja.com

I first met these guys in person at Subway for lunch( The one near the Mountain view Cal-Train station ), to discuss about a hefty customisation project I have been speaking to them for a while over Skype. Even while I awaited the sales people from Gentle Ninja, I browsed through some reviews of Gentle Ninja and their vendors. As usual I found a couple of Good ones as well as scam reviews. So the moment I met them, I showed them the bad reviews of Gentle Ninja online and asked for an explanation. The explanation they had was, " Sir we used to have some bad vendors in the marketplace, whom we weeded out long back. But those scam reviews you see online are from some of our coward competitors, who cant bear to see all their customers move away from them to us". Hhhmmm... So here I was at a dilema ( as I have seen bad / scam reviews nearly about all the companies I have spoken to. Even Freelancer.com had tons of pathetic reviews online ). But one thing I liked about the folks at Gentle Ninja is they were punctual for every meeting & very professional in their approach. I had my developer review their product code ( and yes, they seem to follow a strict review process with their vendors ). Moreover they had a working demo for all their products. So I had no choice than to go with them, but being cautious I paid them just a fraction of the advance they asked for. And yeah they did a neat job I must say. Though the work exceeded the delivery dates a bit - their work is real sharp. As promised they delivered all the source code and got their people to install it for me. So, my experience with GentleNinja was a pleasant one & yes dont judge these poor guys from those scam reviews online ( as they really seem to be from their sneaky competitors ).
