[Resolved]  Getholidaysnet.com — Fraud of rs 50993

Address:Khordha, Odisha

Someone named Amit Ray from getholidays.net called on 4th August 2014 from no. [protected] and told us about their tour package of Rs. 6999 which includes a dell laptop and a bagpack as gift item, then asked us to go to their site and book their package. But after the transaction through Net Banking asked us what was flashed on the screen which showed "Transaction Failed" .Then again told us that it is not possible for Rs 6999 so try for Rs. 3999 ..but 6999 was already deducted then again 3999..Then again it showed Transaction failed, but I told him that 3999 was already debited from my account ..Then he said no problem the amount 3999 would be refunded if again I click on 3999 package but this time a refund window will be available..but again Rs. 3999 was debited from my account..Again said that may be refund window is not being flashed in 3999 category ..May be you should try with Rs. 14999..but again 14999 was debited from my account...
Then on 6th August someone called us from the no. [protected] and naming himself to be Pratik Sharma head of the accounts department and telling there was some mistake that day but today we can get the refunded amount by clicking on package of Rs. 9999 but to my amazement Rs. 9999 was again debited from my account .Again told me to click on 6999 package but the transaction could not go through as my account was not having enough balance otherwise that would have been debited from y account..
Then after these incidents no one used to pick up our calls and if sometimes they pickup then disconnect the line ..
Then on 04 September 2014 someone named Akash Agarwal from accounts department called us from the no.
[protected] to bring Debit card of some other bank because there was some problem in SBI ..Then asked us to deposit a minimum of Rs.10000 in our account for the transaction to take place..Then he asked us to use the debit card option of Andhra Bank then first debited Rs. 3999 and then Rs. 6999.

So in total they have robbed of Rs. 50993 .
The above mentioned amounts went to an account in SBI with account no.[protected] in favour of INB Get Holidays Net
