I am a resident of flat Nos. 507 & 508, Tulsiniketan, Bhopra, Ghaziabad. Upper portion of these flats are 512 & 513. Water leakage are continuing from both of these flats. I have talked with the owner of 512, but the owner of 513 is not available since two years. You are requested to let me know the contact number or the address of the Room 513 or make a necessary steps.
