Ghaziabad Development Authority — Illegal construction without approval

Want to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Flat -- Flat No. 509, Tower B in GAUR CASCADES, Raj Nagar Extension and now come to know that certain approvals are pending and Builder has built up the towers without any prior permissions from GDA --- it is surprising that how such big illegal (not approved) towers can be built up without coming to the notice of responsible GDA Engineer -- and why and how could he let the construction happen --- we are now in problem and do not know what to do -- please help us.
