Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — change of name of owner of property

I have to inform that captioned property is standing in the name of my mother Smt Kapoori Devi. Since Smt Kapoori devi, my mother has expired without making any will or any legal document for transfer of ownership of the property. some one legal heirs / their one legal heir is trying to get the property transferred in his/ her name presenting some illegal document . .After death of present owner Smt Kapoori Devi we are 7 legal heirs and jointly owner of the property. Thmae proerty can only be transferred jointly in the name of all legal heirs or in the name of any legal heir with the consent of all the legal heirs. Please be cautious while doing any change of name activity in the property. I have also given letter to you on dated 16/12/2008 to this effect. Please hear us while doing any change of name activity in the property. Some one also tried to change the name in GDA but there they could not succeed.Please inform us the status on email.
