Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Commercial Activity in Residential Area at A-Block Shalimar garden, Extn-2

I am a resident of A-151, Shalimar Garden, Extn-2, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP. In the ground floor of our building there is a Garage which is creating absolute nuisance and polluting the healthy atmosphere of our area. This is a completely Residential Area and any commercial activity of this sort cannot tolerated. In rainy season the situation gets worse with water drainage gets completely blocked and the area becomes totally filthy. This is illegal and should be stopped immediately. We asked the owner to leave the space but they threaten us with muscle power. I am attaching some photographs to support our misery. Please help us in resolving the situation.
