Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Paid property tax through icici debit card but not updated on site & did not received receipt | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was paying the property tax bill of Rs 1224.96 for my Property Pin number CC8728, Zone - City today (16/11/2015), using my ICICI Bank Debit card on your website www.onlinegnn.com. After the payment process the website takes to the home page rather than generating receipt or any acknowledgement of payment, there seems to be some error/issue. However, the amount was deducted from my debit card but neither I received a confirmatory message of payment nor any receipt of payment. Your website is also showing error message "No amount Deposited under this Pin number" when i check... Please could you help me to send the receipt on [protected]@gmail.com or else let me know if the payment is done successfully.
