to whom ever it may concern this is to bring to your notice that there is a panwala who has opend a shop outside Gulmohor Enclave Rakesh Marg. this shop has become a source of nuisance as young trouble mongers keeps spending their time standing there staring at young girls of Gulmohor Society, rikshaw walas getting drunk comming there and spending time also at times fighting among themselves and other unsocial activities. this shop has become a point of trouble mongers place which is not healthy for the society. I request you to take action on the same and remove this shed selling pan and cigarette.
