Dear Sir, We wish to inform you that street lights of our area (House No. B-12 / 138, Sri ram enclave sahpur bamheta lal kuan Ghaziabad are out of order since last 30 days.And some position no street light in electric pole.Darkness is there. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

There was an Electricity Pole change by UPPCL from Steel Pole to a Cement Pole in front of House No. KA 39 Kavinagar Ghaziabad UP around a month ago. There was a functional Sodium Vapour Street Light on the old pole which was taken away by the linemen changing the pole. Now there is no Street light on 4 poles in a row & total darkness in the evenings. I had lodged several complaints with the JE o[censored]PPCL & at Nagar Nigam Toll free nos. Nothing has been done & it appears that the light has been stolen by linesmen. The JE does not take any responsibility & Toll free complaint at Nagar Nigam is resolved without any action on ground. Complaint No. was 19189 on 12th March 2015.

Dear Sir,

I am the resident of SH - 160, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. Our street light gets damage damage 3month before. From then we have logged complaints many times at your Kavi Nagar office. But no action has taken. and till today it is still in damage condition .

Please look into and take the action as soon as possible.
