GHMC — No Tarpaulin before pouring Slab by Neighbour

Dear Sir, I would like to register a compliant with you that my neighbour is trying to pour slab on 3rd floor without taking care of neighbouring properties. We have repeatedly conveyed asking the owner to lay tarpaulin before slab. He seems not understand the problem of neighbours and is trying to go by his own ways. We request authorities to take stern action against this action.
