This regarding the nuisance created by dogs in our area. They are all in different age groups and shout all through the day. The nuisance is more during the night when people are sleeping. The small dogs get stuck in the gates of houses and cry out loud. I would like you to kindly take this into consideration and send some dog catchers and enable us to have peace of sleep.
