GHQ Income Tax officer Ward 4(1) Pune — Non receipt of Acknowledgement as per Section 143(1) for Ay 2010-11 & AY 2011-12.

Sir, I have filled and submitted my IT returns for AY 2010-11 & AY 2011-12. But till date no ack have been received. But during 2013 when i got receipt for AY 2013-14 i got a tax demand note as given below. I am unable to verify the Tax demand in the absence of Ack for the said AY 2010-11 & AY 2011-12 In view of the same kindly fwd the Acknowledgements as per section 143(1) at the earliest pls.
