[Resolved] Gifts-To-India.com — payment done but order not received | |||
I have placed an order from giftstoindia.com for a delivery. Through out the process from placing the order to processing the payment, there was no notification that the shipment will take 3/4 days. But post my continuous 35 trials to call on the given customer care number I got to know that the order will take 3/4 days... A box of chocolate worth rs 100 can be easily couriered from my side rather placing an online order from gifts-to-india.com and making fool out of myself. Paying double the amount I get to hear that it will take 3/4 days... above all when I have told them to cancel the order and refund the money, I was told that it has been processed and refund is not possible.
