Since last one month. I am doing communication with the gifts2grab.com support team. But i dud not find any resolution if my problem. I am very surprise to see that gifts2grab.com team is not responding on my complaint. Finally i am writing this mail to you to please do some action related this issue. Gifts2Grab customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 22, 2015 Gifts2Grab Customer Care's response As you are aware that we had send the courier via speed post(CM[protected]IN). since your address was short the same was not delivered and nor did we get the shipment back from speed post. We have lost the shipment/Money too. But, since many days we were checking with other courier companies also, but unfortunately they were not taking the shipment because of short address (Sikkim, Tadong Gangtok) which is too short. We have also spoken to you regarding the same multiple time. Now, since we received an alternate address from you we are dispatching the package again today and will update you with the tracking details via email.
