Hi I ordered some gifts from your company for my niece's wedding in Chandigarh, India. I was assured that the goods will arrive there by 10th of October but I am very disappointed that your company hasn't delivered anything. When I called this morning I was told that it has been delivered to Chennai!! The woman I spoke to could clearly see the right address onscreen which was for Chandigarh. How are you going to resolve this for me?It was going to be a surprise for her wedding which is tomorrow. You have clearly ruined this for me.
