We had purchaced a SOlar water heater in jan 2012. It started leaking in dec 2015 and we complained to CCare rep. the company rep visited and told to replace the tank which costs Rs 16000 including installation. Same amount i spend for new one 3.5 yrs ago. It is a bad product sold and also discouraging for investing for renewable sorce of energy. Such substandard product is sold by the company making us waste our hard earned money. Pls take necessary action on such company selling substandard products. Pls help me in getting the tank replaced free of cost or on a substancial concessional rate from the company since they have sold a substandard product. The frame and tubular solar panels are intact.
