Sir, i purchased a mobile on[protected], Gionee f 103 dawn white. Serial no.[protected] from gapati mobile g-5-8, shriram tower ashok marg lucknow. But it was not working properly after a week ago due to batter, speaker and spot on screen problems. I contect to shop and service center regularly but no satisfaction action taken by both parties till now. I want a new handset without any delay. Please take some necessary action against company. Sir/Mam, I have bought gionee f103 in the month of April, and now I want to update my phone from the gionee care centre but they are regretting me. They told me that they will not update unless it will be out of warranty period, it will be updated after the waranty period will be over. Now what should I do.
