Product purchased : gionee e3 Purchased in dec 2013 Problem start : april 2014 time taken to repair : 7 days (again same problem reported : sept 2014 time taken to repair : 10 days (problem not resolved) Again that same problem reported nov 2014 time taken to repair : 7 days (problem not resolved) Again same problem reported mid-nov 2014 time taken to repair : 8 days passed problem (problem still not resolved) I purchased this for my use not to put it in service center. I expect gionee to replace that defective handset with Brand new defect free handset with in one day. and increase it warranty by 7+10+7+8+1=33 days
