Giordano — New watch not working | |||
I had purchased Giordano watch from Lifestyle Mulund West on 2nd August 2015 .This watch stopped immediately in a months time.After this i went to Viviana mall lifestyle and gave it for servicing, those guys told I will get the watch after 45 days.They gave me the watch after lot of follow up. Then again in a weeks time the watch started lagging behind everyday 10 min to 15 mins and then an hour.After this I went to Rmall lifestyle from where I purchased the watch and again gave the watch for servicing. the slip number is 122. After having lots of follow up with there Area manager Salim, i got a call from the service centre that they will have to replace the whole machine as its faulty.Then i asked them to replace and give me a new watch as the machine is faulty. But neither the area manger Salim nor the service centre concerns are bothered to call back or answer the call. This is really a pathetic experience and would want to have my watch replaced . I Namita, purchased Giordano watch n after 3days the matel strap faded, when complaint made they took 45days n gave new one but again in 3days strap faded. Kindly refund my money
