I have bought a Giordano watch from show room and started malfunctioning in second month. To my surprise the service is also very bad. I have been visiting to showroom to fix it on every alternate month. It starts working and stops again after 15 days with a dead battery. Very bad. I have buy giordano watch from retailers on 9th august 2015, Faulty watch strapes, broken thrice in five month, no permanent solution by retailer, i have asked for permenent solution from retailers but they are helpless.now watch is lying with retailer, the product code is [protected]_p, i have asked for replacement of product.
