Girias, Ambattur — Worst behaviour and customer service | |||
Avoid ambattur girias ... I have purchased an lloyd ac on tuesday they said will deliver the product in a day or two, but they delivered it today after i went to the shop today for three times and after one hour arguments i have received the product... They have collected deliver charges of rs. 200 for delivering just 3 km away the showroom.. Don't know when they will send the person for installation.. Worst customer service and response from the executives who are sitting in the billing counter.. Girias please teach the persons how to talk to the customers who come to your shop(Person uses even bad words while the arguments) Was this information helpful? | |||

Ambattur branch manager(sundhar).he makes misbehaver in the shop.due to his behaviour a female worker(CSR) was resigned his job.. She is a fresher...but..
