Gizmo Help — Delay in claim after providing all documents

I lost my phone in amritsar, on 25 may 2015 for which all fir and other desired document were given . Its been 4 months gizmo help is finding ways for harrassing me and bothering in regards to claim . I want a strict action and revert from them. Please assist me Gunjit chawla
