[Resolved] GlaxoSmithKline — my tube of Abreva was almost all air....

As a longtime user of Abreva.. I use this product exclusively and have for as many years as I have seen it on the shelves. This time I found the tube I purchased was 85% air. I have to say I have used this many many times wih absolutely NO problems. And also one tube would sustain its contents for lengthy periods of time. This tube I purchased only less than a month ago and when i went to use it yesterday the tube was only used twice before so it was almost completely full. I tried to use it and when i tried squeezing the tube Nothing would come out.. I had to squeeze it until i had to literally kink the top to get any to come out.. I would like to have a coupon for a free tube sent to me to compensate me for this. The number in the upper right corner is 98411XB and on the bottom left the numbers are 10000000 and under that number is 056528.
