[Resolved]  GlaxoSmithKline — my tube of Abreva was almost all air....

As a longtime user of Abreva.. I use this product exclusively and have for as many years as I have seen it on the shelves. This time I found the tube I purchased was 85% air. I have to say I have used this many many times wih absolutely NO problems. And also one tube would sustain its contents for lengthy periods of time. This tube I purchased only less than a month ago and when i went to use it yesterday the tube was only used twice before so it was almost completely full. I tried to use it and when i tried squeezing the tube Nothing would come out.. I had to squeeze it until i had to literally kink the top to get any to come out.. I would like to have a coupon for a free tube sent to me to compensate me for this.
