[Resolved]  Glen — Goods purchased but not installed, but got money and ran away - Invoice 1611

I bought a Glen - Cooker Hood GL6071 Black (90) cm1000m3 BFLTW on 02/09/2014. I bought from Dealer is CHAKARA, 37-A, Sir C.V. Raman Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600018. But the product did not installed for use till today 04/09, after several phone calls, Very disappointed that i paid my money and company is dodging. Moreover the service man took me Rs.1300/- money yesterday said he has to purchase something to install and said will come today, but never phoned or came. I made several calls to the Dealer and I was promised that they will come today since 03/09. I am extremely disappointed to the way i was dodged by paying my money and not getting the product installed and also getting me Rs.1300/- money by the service man for not doing any work.
