I had purchased the product wonder shapers from global sky mart for rs. 3149/- on 17th feb 2015. by credit card The very next day the pant was torn for which I had been following up with the company since then . The company is not reciprocating after several writtten communication. I had complained and got the ticket nos 3286392+2W6 RZ and 3286392+A1705 for complaint on 23rd and 24th feb. The executive ms.shaina is just goofing up and giving new excuses day after day. This company is just conning people . I had mailed her with the picture of the torn pant on 26th feb as well. The service provided and the attitude shown towards customer is highly disgusting. So I kindly request you to help us out in this situation

I had purchased the product wonder shapers from global sky mart ( GURUJI ENTERPRISES) for rs. 3999/- on 17th APR 2015. by CASH ON DELIVERY . The very next day the pant didn't my skin type due to which I got rashes everywhere. I called them, and they suggested to wash and wear. Still the rashes increased. I had been following up with the company since then . The company is not reciprocating after several calls. This company is just conning people . Everyday they are saying that you will get call from Complaint department today.The service provided and the attitude shown towards customer is highly disgusting.
