I was working in Glopore and Left in August 2014, as they were not paying salary on time as promised and from the month of May 2014 they started paying salary in parts or no payment at all. Glopore has not paid the salary for the month of July 2014 and August 2014 and what ever PF amount they deducted form my salary was paid to EPF department due to which they are not signing the EPF form and giving it to us. I have also tried to send couple of email however they are not replying on it. Please suggest what shall I do or how to go legal and file a complaint against glopore.
