I booked a flat in GM Infinite (Flat Number C217) by giving 1 lac booking amount. During verification of the
legal documents of the property, three legal issues are found which I informed to the builder also.
Initially builder said that my booking amount will be refunded soon (for which I have the email confirmation), but even after 5-6 reminders, the money has not come. Whenever I contact GM Infinite, then they give assurance that money will be refunded in 1-2 weeks and when I contact the builder after 2 weeks, they don't refund the money and gives some new execuse. This happened for 4-5 times and everytime they give some new excuse.
I am really very upset with this behaviour and wanted my money back soon.
Note: I have all the proofs like 5-6 reminder emails which I sent to the builder as well as
