Go Air — Damaged baggage | |||
On 15th August 2014 I travelled by G8-117 from Delhi to Bangalore and my check in baggage came damaged. I have lodged a complain to Mr Kundan at the Delhi Go air customer window completing all formalities for the same.Ever since I have not received any call from them. It is even more exasperating that i have made dozens of calls but of no help.Mr Kundan has not even lodged an official complain so to say. Go air I am ashamed at your casual attitude of your employees. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have called the concerned person several times and i always gotthe same reply that it is under process.
The mobile number on which i am calling is [protected] ( someone on the help desk picks up the call).
I need the compansation of my baggage as soon as possible.
