[Resolved]  Go Air — Go Air Cheating Customers

Same case scenario here, refunds were promised to be returned within 7 working days, all the people sitting at the customer care themselves are not aware of the company for which they are working, extremely inefficient airlines. Customer care people don't have any confidence while they talk. More to add to the irony the nodal officer doesn't have any contact number and they never reply to the mails. Big shame for the Wadia group. Let's all get together and move to the consumer court, enough is enough.
