Go Air — improper behavior and improper response towards customer | |||
as i have book a ticket of go air online and paid the money for 4/05/14 flight from patna to kolkata. but suddenly i got a message that my flight ticket was cancelled after getting this message i am trying to contact customer care then i am to get proper feedback and response. they are putting my call for 3-4 hour on hold but not giving any response. so take some step towards it as i have to reach kolkata on 4. or provide reason for cancellation of my ticket Was this information helpful? | |||
