Go Air — Non refund of my cancelled tickets

I cancelled the tickets days before the flight it was from ranchi to Mumbai n back to ranchi, but never got the refund amount, it's already 6months, earlier they use to say that it'll b refunded in few days now they say it has already been refunded however they refuse to give any transaction details, even worse now whenever I call from my no. Nobody takes the call however when I call from another no. They take the call n say the same thing, its highly irritating worst service by goairway, I am going for the RTI now and will never suggest this airway to any of my friends and family, its pathetic
