Godaddy.com — Godaddy cheated me | |||||
On 15th july 2016, i talked to a customer care exec from godaddy to understand a website builder plan which can enable mobile support for my website. He suggested me to enroll for an upgraded plan : business plus, which was obviously costlier than my current plan. I paid the amount immediately.In next 10 minutes it got activated and i realized that the new plan is of now use as it is creating a distorted (Jumbled up content) view of my website on mobile screens. This was clearly a technical fault in their templates. After much follow ups they told me they can't do anything about it and they will also not refund any money as per their policy. My godaddy customer nbr is[protected]. As it is a technical fualt at their end, i am sure all other innocent customers must be facing the same issue and would be loosing their money because of these frauds. My aim to raise the complaint here is to make godaddy realize that consumers are not stupid and they will have to pay for their fraudulent practices. Please help.
