We have purchased the subject machine vide invoice number 20I/93053640 dated 16 07 2014 from Coimbatore Branch. Model Number being 4K14MR130914/003.

Ever since we purchased this, we have been facing various problems such as balancing error, switch on off ejection not working, water leakage from the machine, Bearing seemed to have gone and needs replacement etc. For the actual defects kindly verify your services log and the same will show the innumerable visit by your technical personnel. As the problems are technical in nature we are not able to furnish all the defects.

In fact, we were informed that they will replace the machine itself as the same is a manufacturing defect in the model itself. However, the man who visited for every call kept saying that he is trying his best to resolve and if not he will recommend replacement. The bearing replacement is yet to be done and it is informed that it has to come from Head Quarters. The complaint is registered on 26th April E[protected].

After purchase we were away in London for over 9 months and hence machine is hardly put to use for a year.

I do not understand why they have been trying to repair every now and then and cause so much of inconvenience to us when the model itself is reported to be defecting and hence causing issues.

In fact, now I am again leaving for London for a period of around 4 months.
In the meantime, the warranty period seemed to be expiring in July 2016. This appears to be a clear case of prolonging till warranty so that your officials could avoid replacement of the machine to us.

We have been regular users of Godrej products with AC, Fridge ( recently replaced with Samsung ), Safe etc.

The attitude of the company as reflected through the officials cause a lot o[censored]gly doubt in our minds about the company itself.

I earnestly request your respective officials to immediately attend to this and resolve by way of replacement.
