[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Godrej appliances delay in installation of ac | |||||
I, t.paul murali I bought a godrej split ac model no. godrej gsc 18 fg 5 wmg, from yes mart, Jubilee hills, hyderabad on dt. 19.04.16. The ac was delivered by the dealer on 20.04.2016 evening. i registered for installation on same day and everyday i am calling your customer care and "yesmart" in charge for installation but nobody turned up so far.On continuous probing with the dealer, they told technician will arrange by 22.04.2016 evening but till now nobody called . Your customer care also doesn't care about calling once to clarify or confirm about the installation. If this is the way godrej is trying to compete with the likes of lg and samsung, then may god help you.
