[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Installation of split 1 ton | |||
I refer to my request no 613079. I had placed a request for installation of 1 ton split ac model No Godrej 12FN3WOU-3* to be installed on mOnday i.e. 2.11.15. However the lackadaisical approach of the service centre and customer care ensured that the timely installation got delayed. None of the Godrej guys have the slightest amount of decency or professionalism to even update me about the status. i have been repeatedly following up but i am given random numbers to contact but alas! There is no response. I am now unsure if it was a correct decision to purchase godrej ac . I never knew i had to pay for being a Godrej patron. Such careless people who deceive the brand and customers.!! I shall now seek legal options. Being tolerant is a curse Was this information helpful? | |||
