[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Not repaired refiragrator irrespective of being paid | |||||
on30 october my double door refrigerator stopped working i launched complaint in customer care with my registered no [protected], man from service center came and replaced relay charging 1140/- for it and 550/- as service charge but the very next day the machine stopped working and the service centre guys assured us to replace it .but still its not done.Now mr Ramakant service engg refered us to Mr Shafique service head Agra and he is saying he is not able to rectify our problem and it is better if we get it done at some personal end. I have lodged the complaint on 30 october but somehow I lost the complaint no, my complaint was attented by ur representatives but it was never completed.
